Part of the Blue Harvest project, Las Isabellas isn't just a coffee farm—it's a sanctuary of 175 acres, featuring natural forests, springs, and waterfalls. As a Rainforest Alliance-certified farm, it reflects owner Jose Roberto Santamaria's commitment to sustainable management and quality.
