7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts for any disputes arising from these Terms.


8. Dispute Resolution

Users are encouraged to contact the Company first to attempt an amicable resolution to any disputes. This does not affect any legal rights or remedies available under law.


9. Warranty Terms

9.1 Coverage

  • Manufacturer’s Warranty: Warranty periods may vary based on manufacturer terms.

  • Geographical Scope: Applicable within the United Kingdom only.

  • Payment Requirement: Warranty is void if the full purchase price has not been paid.

  • Repaired or Replaced Goods: Such goods retain the remaining warranty period of the original item.

9.2 Exclusions

  • Installation not performed by a fully qualified professional engineer voids the warranty.

  • Normal wear and tear, including consumable parts (seals, gaskets, grinder blades, shower screens).

  • Damage caused by misuse, alterations, tampering, or environmental factors (fire, water, power surges).

  • Lack of proper maintenance, including cleaning, descaling, and regular filter changes.

  • Improper operation or commercial use of equipment intended for domestic purposes.

  • Warranty expiration.

9.3 Company Obligations

The Company’s responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing defective parts under normal usage during the warranty period. Buyers must provide evidence of defects and allow reasonable access for service.

9.4 Installation Requirements

All electrical and gas equipment must be installed by a fully qualified commercial engineer. Failure to comply will void the warranty. If unqualified installation occurs, warranty revalidation requires inspection and approval by a qualified engineer at the buyer’s expense.

9.5 Claims Process

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing via email with the following details: model, serial number, date of purchase, detailed fault description, and full contact information. Access and clear instructions must be provided during business hours. Aborted visits may incur a charge of £125. Specific appointment times cannot be guaranteed.

9.6 Parts-Only Warranty

Covers replacement parts only; labor or engineer costs are excluded. Defective parts must be returned, and proof of qualified installation is required. Delays in submitting engineer reports may result in claim rejection. The Company may offer a return-to-base service at its discretion, with shipping costs borne by the customer.

9.7 Liability Limitations

The Company is not responsible for lost profits, business interruptions, or indirect losses resulting from faulty equipment.

9.8 Acceptance of Warranty Terms

By purchasing products, customers agree to these warranty terms, which may be updated from time to time.


10. Electrical Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring electrical circuits meet the power requirements of the equipment. Some equipment may require hardwiring by a qualified electrician.
