Sourced from Bourbon, Caturra, Typica, and Catuaí varietals, it's grown at around 1,000 meters in northern Chiapas, where the lower altitude helps develop large beans with a smooth, low-acid profile.

This decaf originates from dedicated smallholder farmers who deliver to San Cristobal de las Casas and Yajalón buying stations, offering a taste of the region's finest.
