Water Quality & Filtration

The Steel DUO PLUS uses a 2L removable water tank and is not designed as a direct mains-connected machine. Ascaso's guidance emphasises water quality and its Steel range is designed around a tank water supply.

Recommended: Use suitably filtered/low-mineral water in the tank. The BRITA C150 supplied by Pharaoh's Finest is a mains inline commercial filter, so it is not the standard add-on for this tank-only machine.
